Cleaner (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Thorough cleaning of vacation apartments and fitter's rooms after guests' departure

  • Changing and reprocessing bed linen, towels and other textiles

  • Cleaning and disinfecting sanitary facilities, kitchens and living areas

  • In addition to cleaning the premises, washing, drying and, if necessary, ironing laundry

  • Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet paper and cleaning agents

  • Reporting technical defects or special incidents to the administration

  • Ensure that the rooms meet a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness

Your profile:

  • Experience in cleaning (e.g. in hotels, vacation apartments or similar) is desirable, but not essential

  • Careful and independent way of working

  • Reliability, punctuality and an eye for detail

  • Friendly demeanor and discretion in dealing with guests

  • Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

  • Good knowledge of German (at least B1 level)

Janitor (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Carrying out minor repair work and maintenance measures in the vacation apartments and serviced rooms

  • Regular inspection and maintenance of technical systems (e.g. heating, plumbing, electrics)

  • Maintenance of outdoor facilities such as gardens, sidewalks and parking lots

  • Coordination of tradesmen and service providers for major repairs

  • Compliance with safety and hygiene standards

  • Furnishing the apartments and assembling the furniture

  • Support in preparing the apartments for new guests, e.g. minor renovation work or rearranging furniture

  • Documentation of work carried out and reporting of major damage to the administration

Your profile:

  • Manual skills and practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Electrics, plumbing, carpentry or similar activities

  • Careful and independent way of working

  • Reliability, flexibility and organizational skills

  • Friendly demeanor and service orientation in dealing with guests

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

  • Class B driver's license is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
