Since our foundation in 2024, we at MontiRooms have been developing an innovative accommodation concept for companies that deploy their employees in Brandenburg on a temporary basis. Our aim is to provide flexible, fully equipped and high-quality accommodation for project-related specialists - from construction companies to craft businesses and technical service providers.
With around ten properties in operation and a growing customer base, we are now about to take the next big step: the consistent digitalization of all company processes. This project is being supported as part of the Brandenburg Innovation Skills Directive.
What we want to achieve with the project
Our customers' requirements are increasing - and with them the internal administrative workload. Until now, many work processes were still analog or used individual tools without a binding structure. This is exactly where our project comes in.
Aims of the innovation project
- Development of a fully digital process landscape
- Introduction of modern administration, booking and CRM systems
- Reduction of manual work steps and sources of error
- Creation of a transparent, scalable and sustainable business model
- Long-term improvement in service quality for our corporate customers
Our innovation specialist will spend a year analyzing central company processes, evaluating suitable software solutions, implementing tools and establishing digital working standards.
Expected results
- At the end of the project we would like to:
- have significantly more efficient processes in day-to-day business,
- use an internal digital knowledge and process system,
- Handle bookings, guest communication and invoicing via modern digital structures,
- and be ready for further growth - both in the real estate portfolio and in service quality.
In doing so, we are laying the foundations for establishing a leading platform for high-quality temporary employee accommodation in Brandenburg.
